    It’s not necessary, but you may be at home if you like. Otherwise, you must leave the keys or codes so we can enter your house.

  • Can I get the same maid every time I book a cleaning service?

    We believe that it’s very important to always send the same cleaner(s) and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is unavailable, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All our residential cleaners undergo extensive, the best sparkling and shine training academy to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.


  • Are maids background checked?

  • Do you bring our cleaning supplies?

  • Do your maids speak English?

    Right now, the company is only bonded and insured. Any accident or injury during the house cleaning time the employees are responsible to get their only insurance.


  • How many people will clean my home?

    Generally, we send only one cleaner per home, but depending on the size and condition, we could send more cleaners if needed.

  • How will my pets be handled?

    We have pets! We know that pets are also part of the family, and we make sure they will be treated right. In fact, we use select products that are safe for pets and kids to be around, and we know all the tricks to get pet hair out of your nooks and crannies.
